Confirmation that you don't always need sachets of ready-mix curry or stir fry pastes. We, and I mean everyone including fusspot RoRo, love san choy bau even though I can never pronounce it and will just say lettuce cups and they know what I mean. So good to find some inspiring Kiwi sites.
