Romance in a bottle .
Miss Winnie Bradbury, of Birming- ham, picked up the bottle from the water's edge while spending a holiday at the North Wales resort 1907. It contained the doctor's professional card, on which was written the request that the finder would return it to him.
The correspondence which followed led to an engagement, and it is stated that Dr. Johnson is on his way from America to claim his bride, whom he has never yet seen. The wedding will take place shortly at Birmingham, and the doctor and his bride will after wards visit the spot at which the bottle was found.
